There are many different reasons people choose to enter therapy. It may be that you are struggling with anxiety or depression, difficult thoughts, feelings or behaviours, or distress due to past experiences or relationships.
It may not be that you want therapy for major life crisis. It may be that you are struggling a little and would like short term therapy, or some stand alone sessions to help you gain the clarity you need to move forward.
You may want therapy because you have come to an impasse and want to work out where you have come from and to untangle where you are now heading.
