I offer bespoke individual therapy sessions to adults of all ages presenting with a range of difficulties. Often it can be hard to categorise how you feel into one 'label' however I have tried to include here a list of the most frequently presented difficulties that I provide psychological therapy for. It is very likely that your symptoms fit into more than one of these categories, for example 'anxiety' often presents alongside other symptoms such as 'stress' and 'low self-esteem'. This is not a problem and I will work with you understand and manage each component of your current situation.
I will work with you using a integrative therapeutic approach. This means that once I have got to know you during our psychological assessment session, I will consider and discuss with you the best way to support you. For example, this may be using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, systemic therapy or a combination of psychological approaches to therapy.
